MOTIVASI, PERAN TUTOR DAN KEJENUHAN PADA MAHASISWA KEPERAWATAN STIKes KUNINGAN DENGAN PENERAPAN KURIKULUM BERBASIS KOMPETENSI

Abstract
Hasil penelitian diketahui terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara motivasi dengan tingkat kejenuhan mahasiswa dengan nilai p 0.018 dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara peran tutor dengan tingkat kejenuhan mahasiswa dengan nilai p 0.203 > α 0.05. Walaupun peran tutor tidak berhubungan langsung dengan tingkat kejenuhan mahasiswa, namun peran tutor mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan motivasi mahasiswa dengan nilai p 0.023.
Kesimpulan; Motivasi merupakan penangkal kejenuhan mahasiswa, oleh karena itu tutor perlu memiiki kemampuan dalam membangun, meningkatkan dan mempertahankan motivasi mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran. Pembentukan peer tutor, adanya training formal untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tutor tentang pembelajaran pedagogic, pemahaman terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawab tutor serta tata kelola pembelajaran tutorial serta pengembangan shoftskill mahasiswa merupakan upaya yang dapat meningkatkan optimalisasi pencapaian tujuan belajar dengan metode tutorial.
